FLASH! is the growth team's festival! A whole weekend of wild performances, personal development workshops with professional actors, listening to each other's dreams and not least other young people who just LOVE performing arts!

FLASH is organised by Egnsteatret in Vordingborg municipality and is located in the beautiful surroundings of Kirkeskoven with a professional setting created by the performing arts house Pavillon K.

Pavillon K is a house with a vibrant professional performing arts community, and at FLASH, it's the bubbling growth layer that gets to fill the house with PERFORMING ARTS!

The programme is packed with performing arts workshops with professional educators, current professional performances for young people, and views from many young people who work with and love the performing arts.
