STAGES of the Institute of Interconnected Realities

STAGES is a performative text by Jonathan Bonnici, which is here brought to life in a performance by Jonathan Bonnici and Line Svendsen.

It begins with a cleansing and moves through a choreographed progression, towards a void, where everything dissolves. The stage, once populated, now stands empty; only the witnesses remain.

At the Henning Christiansen Archive in Stege, the text is brought to life in a performance by author Jonathan Bonnici and actor Line Svendsen. Performed in English and Danish—intertwining, overlapping, colliding—the voices shift between dialogue and dissonance, clarity and cacophony.

STAGES is a performative text published by BASTARD and produced by the Institute of Interconnected Realities with support from the Danish Arts Foundation and the Regional Theatre in Vordingborg Municipality.
